The jeans are made of a 12 ounce Japanese denim that is a yarn dyed denim. Although it is indigo, a reactive dye has been used so that the jeans don’t fade over time. The fabric is then sanforised which is a finishing process that helps reduce the chance of shrinking. Each pair is finished with an enzyme wash at 30 degrees that gives the trousers a laundered and softened feel. The rally jeans have a slight 2% stretch in the Japanese denim, making them comfortable to wear whilst driving and on the move.

The masters of denim are located in Japan however the masters of denim seamsters are in Italy. The Denim Rally Jeans are the ultimate jean with long lasting quality.
